Claim it anyway. A 60 you respond to publicly builds more trust than a hidden 90 — Responsiveness is one of the five dimensions that moves the score, so engaging with it is itself how you improve it.
Q.Can I remove the badge if my score drops?
You control whether the script is installed on your site. The badge also auto-hides below a minimum threshold, so a temporary dip won't display a damning number on your own checkout page.
Q.Does claiming a profile cost anything?
